| General Information: | The marina is located inside the commercial harbour, which lies on the south coast of São Miguel island. The reception quay with 30 m, can be found on the left hand of the entrance. Only the starboard side of the marina¿s entrance is lit but the lights on shore and breakwaters are enough to locate the reception quay, which shows a row of flag poles. The maximum speed in the harbour is 3 Kn. A lit breakwater protects the harbour. The main reference is Santa Clara lighthouse. |
| Entrance: | The leading lights for the entrance of the harbour bear 321º. Once passed the head of the mole, swing slightly to port heading to the entrance of the marina. The cardinal buoy should be on starboard hand. The breakwater extends underwater for some 50-100 m in line with the wall. Some clearance should be given. |
