| General Information: | Vila Marina is located in Vila d¿Areia on the east side of Vila Franca do Campo. If approaching from the west to give 500 m clearance to Ponta da Galera; then draw a course of 088º for Ilhéu da Vila to avoid Baixo da Roida. |
| Entrance: | The marina is protected by a lit breakwater heading southwest. The approach to the harbour has no particular difficulty although new currents have been formed due to the marina works. Once passed the head of the mole head northeast keeping close to breakwater. The marina is located in the north side of the harbour. |
