The town of Setúbal lies in the estuary of Sado River. Inside the port, plenty of traffic is expected (local yachts, fishing boats, ferries and ships). The marina lies on the west half of Comércio Dock, which also contains the ferries pier.More Information... |

The dock is located inside Alcântara port area, 1M upstream the Bridge 25 April. A small basin protects the entrance from the current. It's the most likely spot for a visiting Yacht to find a place. A wire fence surrounds the dock area.More Information... |

The coast in the area is a continuous beach. In stormy weather keep outside the 20m line, approaching either from the north or the south. The major reference in the area is the red striped Aveiro lighthouse, 65m high. The marina is located in the west side of Ovar channel, about 10,5M from the entrance of the river.More Information... |

Peniche harbour is located on the South side of Peniche peninsula, about 1,5M ESE from Cabo Carvoeiro. The port is well sheltered from prevailing northerlies. In southerly winds, the motion inside the harbour is notable. Approaching from north, the current between Farilhões and Berlenga sets to the latter. The channel between Berlenga and Cabo Carvoeiro is normally rougher due to tidal streams. The main references are Ilha Berlenga-Fl(3)20s120m27M and Cabo Carvoeiro-Fl(3) R.15s56m15 lights. The 120m entrance, facing SSE, is protected by two breakwaters; the west breakwater has about 700m and the eastern about 450m. More Information... |

The marina is located in the bay of Cascais. During the Summer the wind blows mainly from the north; strong northerlies to be expected if Sintra mountain is covered with clouds. In the Winter, S and SW winds occur frequently and the sea in the area becomes rough. Approaching from the north, keep 1M off the coast; fishing nets and traps are found at least 0,5M offshore. From the south and the east, no special care is required. The main marks in the area are: easterly Bugio and S. Julião lights and westerly Guia and Stª Marta lights.More Information... |

Figueira da Foz lies 2,5M south of the major mark Cabo Mondego, and its port is located in the mouth of Rio Mondego. The marina is located about 0,7M from the entrance breakwaters, on the port hand. More Information... |

The harbour is placed 2Km from Sesimbra and is well protected by 900m breakwater. The major marks are Cabo Espichel and Forte do Cavalo lights. Approaching from the north an offing to the coast of 0,5M should be given. Caution to be taken to submarine cable area where anchorage is prohibited. Very often occur strong local northerlies, which get up in the late afternoon.More Information... |
